Project Management - Notion Template

With this project management template, you can keep an eye on all of your projects.

You can follow the progression thanks to the progression bar filled out automatically. You can create as many steps as you want for your projects and set up a deadline. When the deadline is crossed an alert message is displayed in the "Alert" column.
You'll find 3 views in this dashboard :

• A table view where you can see all information at once (each step is related to a project)
• A timeline view where you can see the steps and their duration for all your running projects. You can also create dependencies between the steps
• A Board view sorted by status which helps clarify the view with only alert and progression bar shown.

I think this database best used would be to add it to every team workspace and filter on the "department" option so each team members can easily follow the projects they're related too.
